In order to assist in effecting the sale of your property, I will use reasonable efforts to market the property and promote your interests.  My services will include but will not be limited to the following:

Advertising
  • Listing the property on the Multiple Listing Service of our Real Estate Board
  • Advertising on www.mls.ca and /or www.icx.ca
  • Advertising on www.IslandHomeSales.com
  • Advertising on www.ladysmithrealestate.ca
  • Advertising in the “Pictorial Real Estate Guide” on a regular basis and / or
  • Advertising in the “ Nanaimo Real Estate Review” on a regular basis and/or
  • Advertising in the “Ladysmith Chronicle” on a regular basis
  • Advertising in the “ Cowichan Valley Citizen” Real Estate Guide
  • Placing a Colonial Post Sign “For Sale” on your property
  • Arranging other suitable signage agreed to by Listing Realtor and Seller
